Available in sizes n°4, n°3, n°2 and premium flat oysters, they are freshly shucked to order and served with bread, butter, lemon and shallot vinegar. Pure simplicity at its finest.

Our platters are carefully assembled and served with homemade mayonnaise — perfect for a family lunch or a meal with friends on our 150 m² shaded terrace by the port of La Teste-de-Buch.

Available by the dozen in all sizes (n°4 to n°1 and flat oysters). On sale daily except Tuesday, from 9am to 7pm.
Settle in on our shaded terrace, just steps from the water, and let the moment stretch over freshly opened oysters.
Open from 11:30am to 5pm every day except Tuesday. Our cabane accommodates up to 150 guests on its terrace. Booking recommended at weekends and for groups.
Order your oysters online and collect them at the cabane, or have them delivered anywhere in France.
Our 24/7 vending machine outside La Cabane du Paliquey lets you pick up your oysters at any time. Seasonal delivery in bourriches available from November to March.

Yes, you can buy fresh oysters and selected products to take away, subject to availability.
Booking is recommended on weekends and during holidays, especially for groups.
